Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any orders you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Shipping Method

1st Class Signed For: 2-4 days delivery aim (proof of delivery) – £5.05

1st Class: 2-4 days delivery aim (no tracked) – £3.95

2nd Class Signed For: 4-6 days days delivery aim (proof of delivery) – £3.95

2nd Class: 4-6 days delivery aim (no tracked) – £2.85

Royalmail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (1 day) – £7.55

We ship using Royalmail.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and US customers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Worldwide shipping fee is £10.

Please note, we might be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some International deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED? 

We are not responsible for delayed orders. You should contact Royalmail if you have any questions about delayed orders.

DISPATCH TIME

To dispatch an order can take up to 2-7 days (if it is not a pre-order), this means that we need 2-7 days to process your order. After we finish processing your order, you will receive an email. When your receive an email saying  “we have finished processing your order”, this means your order has been shipped.
